Presentation of your project along with the design package delivery. You will receive a concept mood and furniture plan to review and approve.

Once the design is fully approved, receive a comprehensive Source List (aka shopping list) for easy online purchasing to take this on yourself or instill Cassaia to handle all aspects of this for you.

Whether you prefer to take the reins with our guidance or want a ready-to-execute design plan, these services are designed to make high-end interior design more accessible, flexible, and personalized than ever before.
Frequently asked questions
Our virtual design is a complete virtual service & presentation that is a more hands-on client experience. First steps include the client providing all project details including detailed dimensioned floor plans and images of the space for the design team to reference and use for their designs and plans. Our designer may provide up to three mood concepts for clients review and feedback. Once the mood concept has been approved, the designer team will create the full design presentation with Source List information and pricing. Clients can then handle or delegate purchasing efforts and are responsible for contacting all sub-contractors and installers needed for the implementation of the design.
Please note there is no project management included in this service, however, assistance can be provided at $200 / hr.
Our Virtual Interior Design presentations include a mood concept, dimensioned furniture layouts of each room, elevations and Source List. Custom millwork or furniture may be designed when applicable.
3D realistic renderings are additional.
Yes! The client completes all survey work and provides our design team with hand-drawn dimensioned plans (or architectural CAD drawings). We will provide you with a “How To” document that will help guide you through the process. Existing cabinetry, millwork, furniture and accessories that will remain and be reused must be included in the survey work.
You can decide whether you would like to take this on yourself or have Cassaïa handle all aspects of this for you!
If you would like to purchase everything yourself, you will receive a Source List with links to purchase the finishes and furnishings directly.
If Cassaïa is to handle all purchasing efforts, all products will be shipped directly to the client's home or a receiving warehouse (when required).
Please note that receiving warehouses are a 3rd party cost paid directly to the receiver and selected by client. If Cassaïa Studio has a recommended receiver in your area, we will utilize them. Assistance with warehouse coordination only applicable if purchasing executed by Cassaïa.
Cassaïa does not thoroughly seek the lowest possible item price as a part of the service, and the best “deals” will be the sole responsibility of the client. Cassaïa may provide commissionable links on items where applicable but are not required use.
Our Virtual Interior Design packages all vary in price dependent on the size and complexity of the space. These fees are non-negotiable.
